For today's activity you will need a straw, two bowls, and some small treats like cheerios or m&m's. (Please supervise children when dealing with objects small enough to choke on). Strong suck is regulating and can help calm an overresposive nervous system.

Let us know in the comments if/how your child's behavior changed after this activity.

This is already the fifth day, but I am still excited with your content. I never realized that you can be a person who provides content to this extent. I used to think that you were a hit or miss content creator, but that is not something that I think right now. There are people who just have no idea how great of a thing it is. I hope that we need to work on making your marketing strategies work.
